Office Accounts Manager

Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £10.50 - 15.00 per hour
Hours: Full Time

Office Accounts Manager required for a local housing company in Stockton On Tees.

This is a temporary to permanent position working full time Monday to Friday.
Job Duties:
  • General Office Administration
  • Managing the office on a daily basis
  • Company accounts/book keeping (manual accounts)
  • Credit control
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Dealing with telephone queries from customers
  • Purchasing/Pricing/budgeting
  • Managing repairs
  • Other office/accounts duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
  • have recent strong manual accounts experience (essential)
  • have excellent communications skills
  • Supervisory or management skills in a recent position
  • be able to interact with customers/tenants on a regular basis
  • have housing experience (preferred not essential)
Due to this location you will need to have your own transport
