Customer Service Administrator - Post Install Team

Location: Houghton-le-Spring
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £17,076 - £17,680 per annum
Hours: Full Time

We are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Administrators to work on full time, temporary on-going (with a view at going permanent) positions at our client based in Houghton Le Spring to start as soon as possible.

The job is to be responsible for the auditing of post installation documentation, to ensure that only compliant work is moved to the next process stage.

Job Duties:

- To provide customer service and administration support

- Process completed installs and submit for payment

- Upload documents onto bespoke systems

- Contract compliance - ensuring that all works are checked to ensure 100% scheme and contract compliance before submitting to utility

- Data input - ensuring all data is logged accurately

- 3rd Party feedback - ensure that all trackers are up to date, and contain all required data

- Submissions for payment - ensuring all submissions for payment are made in line with contract and business requirements

- Resubmissions - ensure that all resubmissions are actioned and returned within contract timelines

- Feedback - ensure that all issues /trends are constructively fed back into the business

- To cover other roles within the business as required due to sickness, leave or business demand

Hours of Work:

Full time, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5:30pm. (overtime is available should you wish)

Salary:

Annual salary of £17,076 for the first 6 months, and then an Annual salary of £17,680 thereafter
