Customer Service Advisor
our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Home Services Team, working on the Monday to Friday rota.
You will have administrative experience and be methodical and thorough with excellent organisational skills. You will have a flexible approach to working hours.
You will be working within their boiler installation processing team which includes; processing applications, understanding benefits, processing leads, inbound and outbound telephone calls and booking technical surveys.
You will use our dedicated work management system to qualify successful applicants and manage the customer’s expectations throughout the installation process. Working closely with your colleagues you will be responsible for:
· Providing high quality data analysis
· To meet our clients Audit KPIs
· Adhere to company KPI's
· Answer queries / issues in a timely and professional manner
· Ensuring all applications are completed correctly
· Liaising with tenant and landlords
· Providing Support to vulnerable customers
Working Hours are Monday to Friday : 9am to 5.30 pm (40 hours per week)
