Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £8.50 PER HOUR
Hours: Part Time
A fantastic opportunity has arised to work for a local Council within their Customer Service Department.
The role will involve:
being a first point of contact for ermergency calls relating to social care enquiries, dealing with calls from professionals, Police and Mental Health Specialists. Calls are of a sensitive nature therefore you will be required to gather and process all information accuratley and in a timely manner.
As well as Social care you will take calls from the district council in relation to housing repairs and other local services.
This is a fast paced environment with lots of variety and a chance to learn new things.
The ideal candidate
You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with a polite telephone manner
You must have exceptional communciations skills and the flexibility and willingness to work weekends and overnight
Patience and Empathy is also key to this role as you must display compassion to others at all times
Excellent IT skill using Microsoft Office and Windows
Please note that the hours are 20 - 25 per week working predominantly 5.30pm - midnight - this includes weekends and bank holidays therefore please only apply if you can commit to these hours
